Graphical Sequencer Charts

The charts display the quantity and quality data of the selected or sequenced polygons or objects. For the material classes for which you selected to calculate qualities, the charts display the data by material class.

Note: If you are using a polygon file that contains multiple segments for each polygon, only the first segment of each polygon is represented in the charts, reports, or 3D Canvas.

Two buttons are available above the Charts tab, Update charts, and Filter charts.

Update charts extracts information from the block model for all polygons or objects in the sequence.

Tip: If you are using a polygon file that contains hundreds of polygons, it can take a long time to update the charts. If you do not plan to schedule using all the polygons in your polygon file, constrain the data so that only the relevant polygons are updated. Constraining the data to only the polygons from which you plan to schedule reduces the time taken to update the charts. To update the charts for only the polygons from which you plan to schedule, in the Constraints section of the Mining tab in the Location Properties pane, create a constraint that includes only the polygons from which you plan to schedule.

If you are in Add or Select mode, and select Filter charts, only the data for the selected polygon or object is displayed in the charts. If you do not select Filter charts, the charts display data for all polygons or objects in the sequence.

At the top of the Charts tab, there are four icons for the different chart views available. You can chose to display one, two, three, or four charts per row using these icons.

You can move the position of the Charts tab to the top, bottom, left or right of the chart and report pane. To move the Charts tab, drag the tab to the dividing line between the chart and report areas in the current view so that the move widget appears, then drop the tab on the position on the widget at which you want the tab to display.
